Jefferson County: Court Services - $750,000.00 (3yrs): A collaborative initiative spearheaded by the Justice Reinvestment Advisory Council (JRAC) that aims to reduce jail recidivism through individual and group therapy, life skills training, peer support and post-release transition support. 

Jefferson County: Health Department - $192,000.00 (3yrs):  A Behavioral Health Navigator that will determine resources available for those seeking substance use disorder and mental health assistance. The Navigator will also be able to connect the local resource agencies to each other in order to strengthen communications.
