Bethany Legacy Foundation is focusing on what matters
Bethany Legacy Foundation exists to make Jefferson County, Indiana the healthiest place in the world. We partner with stakeholders in our county to make strides toward this goal by providing funding across four main pillars: strong youth, empowered adults, stable seniors, and a robust workforce.
With several social determinants of health affecting our county, being empowered, stable, and robust can be challenging for some of our residents. Some strong predictors of health outcomes are mental health and substance abuse.
This is why this year, we are focusing our efforts to improve mental health and eradicate substance abuse. And so, today we are filled with hope for all of Jefferson County as we introduce our 2024 campaign: Mental Health Matters: for a strong, empowered, and stable Jefferson County.
